The 2026 Waikīkī Spam Jam Festival returns this year with more than 40 food and retail booths. The event features food vendors with a creative line-up of dishes featuring Spam, including nachos, manapua and gelato. There will also be a Spam-themed drone show and limited-edition OluKai slippers.
